Really, we into the 7th hour? Wow… Well, I’ve been taking a lot of breaks and actually just got back from lunch. I had some very yummy migas. Also noticed, that it’s absolutely beautiful outside. Darn, this whole week was a bit dreary which would have been perfect for just sitting around and reading. Oh well, I guess I’ll open the windows and let the sunshine spill in.

“How had this happened? My plan had been to meet middle age with exquisite dignity and chic restraint. As usual, I had veered off course. I was headed in the Dame Edna direction.” from The Best Place to Be.
Good job so far! My eyes are beginning to cross a bit, so I think it’s time to sneak out into the sunroom for a change of location. hehe
Excellent! Two books completed is fabulous!
wow, two books finished, well-done! 🙂
Two books – well done.
You are doing so well to be still going strong after 7 hours! I need to get my glasses prescription changed to even think about doing this – I get headaches after a couple of hours!
Andi – My eyes are beginning to do that too. So what do I do? Set aside the books and stare at the computer – haha…
Betty & Boo’s Mommy – I’m so glad I finished those too. They are also part of my challenge reads so I’ll get to cross some books off 🙂
Joanna – Well, I had gotten into them quite a bit throughout the week but it’s kinda cool to say I finished them during the read-a-thon 🙂
Juliann – Thanks you! 🙂
Marg – I’ve taken lots of breaks really which reminds me, I should go get some coffee 🙂
You’re doing great, Iliana!
I love that quote, because I’m always worried about how to deal with my middle aged-ness, sidle up to it shyly or come at it with a baseball bat?
Yay Read-a-Thon! Congrats on finishing two books, that’s great. Keep it up!
