Dear Bookish Friends,
I’m going to take a little blog break to enjoy the Christmas season with family and friends. I hope your holiday is filled with good times (and good books too!). I wish you health, happiness and love in 2008!
I’ll try to pop in here and there around the blogosphere and I’ll be back posting soon after the New Year.

A very happy Christmas indeed to you, iliana! And a peaceful and book-filled New Year.
Hope you had a Merry Christmas Book Girl! I sure did. I received the book Fables from the Mud by Erik Quisling and I think this was by far the best book gift I had ever received. I wasnΓ’β¬β’t sure what to expect when I read this book and was really surprised by the content. It has very few words but will have you laughing out loud as you read it with his side-splittingly funny content. Every page in the book has a basic hand-drawn picture with mostly a line or two of words. I read the book pretty quick but kept returning to re-read some of the crazy antics.
All the best in the new Year book Girl & the same to all the Bloggers!
PS…did I tell you I love your Holiday masthead? Very nice illustration!
PPS…am headed to a new Borders tomorrow (closer to my place than the one in town) and I’ll be good. After Christmas, my wallet is crying out for some gently TLC, so I’ll give it a rest. For now. Haha!!
Happy New Year everybody!
May 2008 be filled with more books than you have space for.
Just stopped by to wish you a Happy New Year and Happy Reading in 2008!
