Little Break

Hello Friends – I hope you are all enjoying summer and staying cool. It’s been such a busy month I don’t even know how we are almost at the end of July but I’m super excited because we’re finally going on vacation!

I got very spoiled with our yearly vacations ever since we’ve been married but the last few years have been a struggle as we don’t have family in town so I need help with care for my mom while we’re out. Luckily it all worked out and I’m waiting for family to arrive so my husband and I can head out of town.

It won’t be our usual long vacation and we’re staying in the country but just to be away for a while, see new things, go to museums, trails and visit new bookstores is just the best.

Our bags are packed, I’ve got my Kindle full of books and my travel journal is ready for the next travel chapter.

I’ll be back in a couple of weeks. Hopefully feeling a bit more refreshed and relaxed and I promise to share some pictures.
