I found Indiana among a stack of books to be sold or donated. How did end up there? Who knows. I’m just glad I double checked.
Anyway, I promised to show you the list of books I jotted down while visiting Sterling Books. If you’ve read any of these I’d love to hear what you thought of it.
Geography by Sophie Cunningham. A story of love and longing.
98 Reasons for Being by Clare Dudman. A shocking tale set in a 19th-century asylum.
The Sad Truth About Happiness by Anne Giardini. How does one capture happiness?
Come Closer by Sara Gran. A scary and thrilling novel.
The Alchemy of Desire by Tarun Tejpal. Story of a young writer madly in love and living in India.
Melted Into Air by Sandi Toskvig. A little love and a lot of craziness for an expat living in Italy.
Gem Squash Tokoloshe by Rachel Zadok. A young girl grows up during the height of apartheid unrest in South Africa.
They still sound interesting. Some more than others, but like I said if you have any thoughts on these books let me know.
