I went to two Barnes & Noble this weekend to use up my gift card and I walked out empty-handed. Unbelievable.
I had decided to get books by Muriel Spark so as to join in on the discussions over at Slaves of Golconda but to my surprise I couldn’t find a single of her titles. I found lots of copies of books by Nicholas Sparks but nothing by Muriel Spark.
Tomorrow I’m going to another Barnes & Noble as I’m meeting with my Mystery Book Group. Let’s see how well stocked the shelves are at that store.
