Wish I was in Leipzig

You know what started today? The Leipzig Book Fair. This annual event, now in it’s 15th year, is touted as the largest European book festival. They have exhibits on book arts, antiquarian books, readings and more than 2,000 exhibitors from 33 countries. I’m so jealous. I want to be there. Why didn’t we schedule our annual trip to Germany for this week? Note to self: Plan better next year.

I guess I’ll just have to go to Borders this weekend and pretend I’m at a book fair. I hope everyone has great plans for the weekend, which include some reading.

If you need some book suggestions here are some books I’ve read recently which I recommend. The Mercy of Thin Air by Ronlyn Domingue, Tonight I Said Goodbye by Michael Koryta and Speak Softly, She Can Hear by Pam Lewis.

Until next week.
