I have wonderful friends. I’m sure I’ve mentioned that before but right now one of my dear friends is tormenting me. She sent me a postcard saying that she’s gone to the City of Books. And, without me. No fair, I say!
I’ve always wanted to go to Powell’s. Well, not just for the bookstore, I do hear Portland is quite nice too. One day.
For now I dream of all the goodies my bookworm friend has surely found. And, if she’s already back in town she had better write me and tell me about her finds.
Now blog friends why don’t you torment me as well, tell me about your favorite bookstore. While I sit here in Dallas and bemoan the fact that we don’t have any indie stores around.
