Good morning everyone – ready for the Read-A-Thon? I’m still kind of in sleep mode but I’ve got a big cup of hazelnut coffee ready and I’m going to take over my husband’s chair (he’ll be out biking anyway) so I think I’m ready to start.
Last year I think I only read about five or six hours of the entire Read-A-Thon. I’m not sure how this year will go but hopefully I’ll get in quite a good deal of reading.
To start off with, I’m going to finish The Best Place to Be by Lesley Dormen. I’ve enjoyed this novel so far and am close to the end. The other book I started this week, which was not one I had planned to start but you know how that goes, is Funeral Music by Morag Joss. I love the setting – Bath.
I’ll try to update a couple of times throughout the Read-A-Thon and of course when I take some breaks I’ll stop by with other participants and check in on you guys. Enjoy everyone and let’s read a lot!
