It’s been a while since I participated in a Teaser Tuesday and thought it was time. Teaser Tuesday is hosted by MizB of Books and a Beat The rules: grab your current read, open to a random page, and share two (2 or 3) “teaser” sentences from that page while avoiding any spoilers.
This is going to be a teaser for you and me because I haven’t started this book yet. Oh and there’s a giveaway too!

School’s all right but you have to go nearly every day and Miss Sheldon won’t let proper soccer balls in the playground. Nor bikes but I’m too tall for mine anyway; I’ve got two Easter eggs and there’s toys inside on of them. I don’t think you can have chocolate yet. The best program is The Dukes of Hazzard but there are baby programs as well.” pg. 2

I hadn’t heard of this book before, Iliana, but I like the teasers you shared. It isn’t easy to write a book from a child’s perspective, I imagine. This sounds like it will be good. I hope you enjoy it!
