Who’s ready for the weekend? I know I am. I don’t really have big plans aside from catching up on some errands but one thing I really want to do is go to Renegade Craft Fair and support fellow indie crafters and artists. Perfect timing as it’s getting close to my birthday so I think I need to treat myself to some goodies don’t you think that’s a good idea?
On the reading front I am still very much enjoying the Maisie Dobbs book but just haven’t been able to read very much this week. I did go to my book group on Tuesday and that was a good time. I need to tell you more about the book but goodness I’m so behind on reviews that who knows when I’ll get to that.
Anyway, a short post because I’m ready to wind down for the evening. Have a wonderful weekend everyone and don’t forget that my Laura Lippman giveaway closes on Sunday so you’ve still got some time.

Oh you know I’m ready. Not only that but I am ready for school to be over. Every year, I get into the mindset where all I want to do is curl up in a fetal position in the back of the closet and wait it out. Have fun at the fair! I have no idea what we are doing this weekend, but I hope it includes a little reading and a little review-writing.

I’ve read only the first 3 Maisie Dobbs, but really love the character, the setting, and all I’m learning about the social history of Britain in the post-War years.
