My Christmas shopping isn’t done but I’d had enough of buying presents so I thought I’d treat myself. Can you tell I’m an only child? Heh.
I spent some quality time on Amazon and ordered The Woman in White, Where Books Fall Open and A Necessary End. All because of some glowing reviews from some of my favorite bookworms. I can’t wait to get these books.
What am I reading now? Well, I’m still reading A Widow for a Year. I find myself putting it down and forgetting about it but then when I pick it up again, I’m quite into it. Weird isn’t it?
I’ve started How to Seduce a Ghost by Hope McIntyre and I’m not really sure what to think of it. There are moments when I find the main character interesting and other times she’s quite irritating. We’ll see how it goes.
I haven’t forgotten about Slaves of Golconda but haven’t started Chronicle of a Death Foretold. I will though. Anyone else started this one yet?
