Saturday we spent a leisurely morning at the bookstore and I still managed to hang on to my gift certificate. I was overwhelmed by all the books, and decided to save the gift certificate.
After running a few errands I thought I’d buckle down and catch up on craft projects later in the day, and just as I was in the middle of major play time with inks and colors our power went out. We were without electricity for about four hours.
Thank goodness for my book light. I have a couple of others but this one is awesome. My husband had his own book light and my mom went the old fashion way and just lit some candles. Let me tell you, there was a lot of reading going on in Casa BookGirl.
