Sorry I’ve been out of touch the last week but it’s been a stressful and frightening one. My Abuelita* got very ill on Monday and I spent most of the week at the hospital, talking to doctors, etc.
My Abuelita is now in Mexico with all of our family so for that I’m ever so grateful. Hopefully she’ll be able to recover being around close family and friends. Thanks to my husband’s support, caring words from dear friends and some comfort books I’ve been able to get through the week.
I’ll back with more book talk this week and of course catching up with all my blog friends. I’ve missed all of you.
