I’m not sure when the Barnes & Noble sale on Classics will be over but I figured I’d better stock up on a few more. So I went back this weekend and got:
Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
Mansfield Park by Jane Austen
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Daisy Miller & Washington Square by Henry James
The first one I’ll probably start is Little Women for the Our Coffee Rings book club September selection. Speaking of book groups, I’ve had the hardest time finding Indiana, the next Slaves of Golconda selection, at any of the local bookstores or libraries. Does no one read George Sand anymore?
Aside from a bit of book shopping this weekend we also saw two films, Hollywoodland and Little Miss Sunshine. I loved LMS. I really needed a good laugh. So off to read now.
