The Festival Cervantino, the annual Cervantes Festival in Guanajuato, Mexico finally has their web site up and running. They still haven’t added the programs but I’ll be checking back often. This is one literary festival I’ve always dreamed of attending. Not to mention that I love Guanajuato.
For those of you in North Texas believe it or not we’ve got two literary happenings going on this week. The North Lake College Writer’s Fest is presenting Jane Roberts Woods and the Poet Laureate of Texas, Dr. Cleatus Rattan. For two days of readings. And, If you are a fan of Michael Chabon, don’t miss his reading this Wednesday at the Highland Park Literary Festival.
