Thank you for the suggestions on foreign fiction. I have narrowed down my nomination choices for my Foreign Authors book group to: A Short History of Tractors in Ukrainian by Marina Lewycka, A Fine Balance by Rohinton Mistry, The Night Watch by Sarah Waters and Small Island by Andrea Levy. I can’t wait to see what others will nominate.
I had planned to get a lot of reading done this weekend but I was suffering from allergies quite a bit so I spent a lot of time in a haze. I hate that. Needless to say I’m already behind on the R.I.P. challenge. I still can’t decide which creepy book to start next.
So short post tonight but I’ll be back tomorrow to let you know how the book nomination night went.
