Oh no, I just finished New Moon and now I have to wait until August/September for the next book? This is so not fair. I enjoyed New Moon a lot although I had a few problems with the middle of the book. I don’t want to write too much for fear of spoiling it but I think those of you who have read it probably know why. The ending was just so very good though. I want to know what happens next!
Do you think it would be too much if I bought a Twilight Teez? Ha. Thanks to Persephone who told me about those!
Now to more serious reading, I have been working slowly through Snow and at this rate I don’t know if I’ll finish it time for my book group discussion on Tuesday but I’ll try. Hope everyone is having a fabulous weekend. I’m off to read.

Don’t you just hate it when that happens? However, no author takes as long as George R. R. Martin to get the next one in the series to the book stores.
Funny, I saw some “I love Jacob” and “I love Edward” tees at the Stephenie Meyer website. I would definitely have to go with Edward. I agree with New Moon – I just couldn’t wait to see “you know who” again. The ending was exciting and left just enough unanswered questions for me to want more. I just can’t wait for the next one!!
I finally finished Snow. It’s funny, because the pace picked up in the last few chapters, immediately after where I was when I met with my book group. It seems like the bulk of the plot is mashed into the last fourth of the text.
I felt the same way about New Moon, the middle dragged a little. I was not that into the whole Jacob subplot, it just distracted from Edward and Bella in my opinion.

See, now, I have a great fondness for Jacob. Sure, Edward is, well, Edward. But Jacob, call me crazy, but he’s kinda sigh worthy, too. In his own way. Anyway. Just my thought. I love them both and absolutely, positively cannot wait for the next book!!! 🙂
As for the tees…Go for it! 🙂 I probably will at some point, too! (Just not the “Hot Dog” one. They *so* could have done better.)

I wondered, too, if I was reading so quickly just to get to the end when Edward would reappear….I am looking forward to reading the last book. It’s times like this I would be happy to take an advance reader’s copy for review…! 🙂
