My weekend was fun although busy. I had a great time at the Art & Soul retreat although as soon as I got settled in the classroom I realized I didn’t bring scissors. Who forgets scissors when taking a craft class? I learned how to do several different inkjet transfers and had fun making two small books.
I also went to the library with my mom, so glad that’s what she wanted to do for Mother’s Day. While she checked out old movies, I picked up my holds. I got Labyrinth by Kate Mosse, A History of Love by Nicole Krauss and Beyond Black by Hilary Mantel.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to read all of these before they are due but I will start off with Labyrinth as I know there are several holds on that one.
