Finally I wrote up some thoughts on A Fatal Grace by Louise Penny and Playing with the Moon by Eliza Graham. Both books I really enjoyed and would recommend although if you want to read A Fatal Grace I suggest reading the first book in the Three Pines series, then again maybe that’s just me who prefers to read a series in order.

Moving on, I did start The Book Thief and I have to admit it took me a bit to get into it but now it’s going great. I like it and can’t wait to see what happens next. I’m at the part where Liesel wants to mail off letters to her mom. Oh this is such a sad book.

And, I’m about half way through Sleepless Nights. Don’t forget that discussion for this Slaves of Golconda pick starts Tuesday over at the MetaxuCafe forum. I get the feeling I’ll be lurking a lot and not discussing much. It’s not at all what I was expecting and frankly I’m feeling lost with this book.

I’ve actually finished off a couple of other books so hopefully I’ll write up something on those soon. Now I’m off to see if I can finish Sleepless Nights.

I finally cleaned and organized my crafty table this weekend and even played a bit making some tags. I know some people like to make these tags for scrapbooking or for gift bags. I actually like to make these and using them as bookmarks. They are kind of perfect for that don’t you think?

My tags didn’t come out exactly like I wanted them and I think it’s because I was using glossy cardstock but it was still fun to use some of my new rubber stamps. I cleaned up after crafting so I’m ready for the next project.

Still I’ve fallen very behind on my book group reads and my challenge reads. I haven’t even started The Armchair Traveler challenge! So this weekend I hope to get ahead in some books.
