I’m reading Updike’s IN THE BEAUTY OF THE LILIES and have to admit this is the first of his novels for me! Enjoying it so far. I’ve never heard of the Carola Dunn series, but I may have to check it out, as I’m a big fan of Maisie Dobbs.
