Saturday night we got together with some friends to watch two German films. Good Bye, Lenin! and What To Do In Case of Fire, show the remarkable spirit of people who won’t compromise their ideals. I had seen these movies before and I loved them just as much the second time around. If you haven’t seen them yet put them on your DVD list of films to watch.
The other double feature I had was listening to Gold Medal by The Donnas and Borrowed Heaven by The Corrs. Both sound good but I think so far I’m preferring The Donnas more.
And, I had to go to the book sale again for another peek. There wasn’t much left over, at least not much that interested me, but I did find two Ruth Rendell books. I do love her dark tales.
What I didn’t get to do was my Artist Date so I’ll just have to do two dates in one week. Oh and don’t even ask my how far behind I am on my Morning Pages.
