Grab a margarita and your favorite Latin American novel to toast and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month tomorrow. Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua celebrate their independence on the 15th, Mexico celebrates on the 16th, and Chile on the 18th.
